This chant is one of the most famous ones you’ll hear in baseball, it’s been a staple for well over 100 years and it was written by Jack Norworth and Albert Von Tilzer in 1908. You should already know it if you’re a fan of baseball, but if not, here are the lyrics to help you get the chant started.
Take me out to the ball game;
Take me out with the crowd;
Buy me some peanuts and cracker Jack,
I don't care if I never get back.
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don't win, it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, You're out,
at the ole ball game!
This is one of the easiest Chants, you will ever learn, and we're sure the whole crowd will know it anyway and appreciate it! We are positive that everyone has a core memory singing this song!
