The 2024 season has just recently wrapped up, and to prepare for 2025, we're inviting you to attend our Annual General Meeting.
The date is Tuesday October 8 7:30 pm at the Beaty Room (at the Library).
This is your opportunity to join current Board members in planning for next season, and helping steer TMBA into the future.
It's a very laid back, casual meeting, consisting of the following:
- review the 2024 season
- review finances
- discuss the vision and needs for next season
- elect next year's Board-volunteer for tasks from the job list, etc.
The TMBA executive is a very small but dedicated group of volunteers from all walks of life. Many hands make light work, and we could really use more people helping out.
Board members volunteer for tasks...big, small, one time or ongoing. We all pitch in on big events like Rookie tournament and our annual Cali BBQ but for the most part the time commitment is minimal, with a short Board meeting once a month.
If you'd like to help keep TMBA vibrant and strong, please consider coming out and giving a bit of your time to support the league.
